Earl's indy at Gasoline alley is a superstore of race car plumbing and has it all and can make any hose you need, Hoosier Tire Midwest in brownsburg carries a huge supply of Fragola push on and can make custom crimped lines as well, if those two don't carry it then you might get lucky at SRI Brownburg as they carry some Fragola as well.
I know you mention Brown & Miller as not being of interest, but Hummel's on Gasoline alley and Brown and Miller in Brownsburg are options if you strike out with the other options.
