duel was asking about the BC39 in a different thread. On a whim I looked at the USAC Midgets schedule on the USAC home page. Did I miss something here? There are now four events at Lucas Oil Raceway (IRP) in the docket - 5/28, 6/17, 7/3, and 8/14.

I am assuming they are on the pavement unless IRP put in a dirt track somewhere. Also, they are listed as "SE" on the schedule. Nowhere on the schedule does it say what "SE" means, but it doesn't take much figuring that these are special events with no points (?).

The first and last events are paired with Silver Crown. The July event is the same day as the USAC & MSCS Sprints at Lincoln Park.

But check me on this, guys. Am I seeing things that are not there? Did they just slip these dates in when we were not looking? Man.... the things that happen when you turn your back.
