I'll admit I'm not normally a tear up kind of guy but watching Cottle jump out of his car and rush to Dave and try to get the fire out brought tears to my eyes. One of the greatest things I've ever seen someone do at a race track.
Shane was already one of my favorites but this really elevates him in my book. Can't wait to talk to him at Springfield.
Hopefully this 24 hours of Kokomo thunder cars will be over before Springfield starts Sunday afternoon.
