Always love your insight Kenny. I live in Indiana but am basically a Chicago suburb. Get a lot of Illinois news. That said I would bet my paycheck that if the feds said they’d bailout your pension problem if you open your state, JB would be having parades and festivals and BBQ’s in every municipality in the state!
