Have you tried to reach Wayne Simmons? He owned Twister until about 2005 or so. He appears to be building cars and may be of help. My brother ran a Competition Welding copy of a 2002 or so Twister... I don't remember much about the valving, but it wasn't much different than the Stealth's that a lot of people ran back then.
