I’d been a HARF member for quite a few years, I should know this. But I don’t, so I’ll just ask.
What all goes into deciding the DoY? And who decides? Is it all up to Bob, is there a vote amongst the higher archy?
What exactly do they look for, or at?
I’m simply just asking. I don’t want negativity or berating of anyone. As there is another racing forum, well known for that.
