The last time the USAC AMSOIL INC. Sprint Car National Championship paid a visit to the Terre Haute Action Track in the month of October, Kevin Thomas Jr. (Cullman, Ala.) collected the victory in 2017. He also enters this Friday's Wabash Clash as the series’ most recent winner last weekend and is a two-time USAC Sprint winner at Terre Haute, first finding victory lane in 2013. He took home a 3rd place finish during July’s feature and a 2nd in September.
