I feel the problem USAC is having is 410 sprints are becoming more and more localized to Indiana. In 2018, 104 of 246 races (%42) were in Indiana, and 2019 is 96/195 (49%). So when a lot of places USAC goes to outside of Indiana, there not much of field fillers there.
