Friday night's Sprints on Dirt Winged sprint car series race at Gas City is open to all winged sprint cars. SOD has an "open" engine rule. The tire rule is a Hoosier 100/13.0-15, medium on the right rear; left rear is a 92/12.5 D15 compound and the fronts must be Hoosiers. The feature pays $1,600 to win, $320 to start, $60 to win the heats and $1,200 in contingency money paid out.

The midget event is run under the USAC Midwest Thunder SpeeD2 rules
