Sale pending financing is what I read. No new owner yet.
So the previous owner sells the track for undisclosed amount. New owner puts in some upgrades and wants to flip the track. no one bites at a 6.5 million price tag. then no one bids a $3 million starting auction bid. Now the price is $9.45 million till year and or it gets bull dozed. Now the old owner is going to buy it back for many times what it was sold for? Hmmm. Hope they invested their proceed from selling husets well.
