So you are now creating a new stat? Busiest? I guess you can twist stats to make them say anything you want. While you are at it lets see how many drivers competed the whole schedule each year. A few weeks ago on here USAC claimed that they had never had as many full time drivers compete as they have this year.
Here is the post
Dan,
Just hear to clear up some incorrect information from this & other recent posts. I am only concerned with facts.
2018 is one of the largest schedules in USAC Sprint Car Series history.
It contains the most races paying over $5,000 to win in USAC Sprint Car history.
If the rest of the schedule is completed, it will be the most events run in 40 years.
Pevely will be back in 2019.
This year is the most full-time USAC Sprint Car participants in at least 30 years.
One thing I would like to point out not that anyone cares. Has anyone seen any of the other "major" racing organizations try to defend themselves from posts on message boards? Or any other business who considers themselves at the top of their field. Do they really think that posts on message boards or facebook is going to affect the car count or fan attendance? I dont think it does. Even though USAC is considered a club it is still a business and should be run as one. I have never seen IndyCar NHRA NASCAR ASCS etc spar with people on social media nor have I seen them create an obscure stat to try to make themselves look better. The product on the track is what counts in the end. Your product is good so dont make yourselves look bad by trying to defend yourselves on social media.
