If anything he was trying to limit the tracks liability by pointing out deficiency in track prep. If they aren't listening, then whats a person suppose to do? Kudos to him for being outspoken. Just too bad other driver's don't have the sack to speak up. You agree with USAC, which is fine, I disagree which is fine. I find it way to harsh to take away his points fund for races that he's completed.
Were you at Eldora? Track was the best I have ever seen it, and I have been going there since 1982. Many drivers said there was nothing wrong with it. Has nothing to do with sacking up, maybe they just didn't agree.
