I plan to be there on the back straight again this year.

I don't know how many of these races I've seen. I think my first was 20 years ago. I haven't missed many. Over time, this has become my favorite race of the year. I can't hardly stand to miss it. I have many great memories of exciting Little 500 races.

I'm not going to try to convince anyone that they should like the Little 500 as much as I do. Although I enjoyed the first time I saw the race, my passion for the race grew over time. But, I'm coming at it kind of opposite. I fell in love with sprints and midgets on pavement first and it took me time to learn to appreciate the dirt track racing.

There's a lot of big names on the entry list this year! I'm very excited about it.
