Someone ask: Is the GDN Montpelier rules? NO they are not. D-2 and SpeeD-2 are extremely close. In fact the only engine rule I see different is D-2 allow aftermarket (stock equivalent) FLAT TOP 3 ring pistons were they have stayed with the stock only piston.
