A few notes about Friday NIght at Jacksonville Speedway​...
1. The first 150 customers to the grandstand concession stand and first 50 to the pit concession stand who ask for one will get a free Jacksonville Speedway bumper sticker.
2. You can now get live lineups and results along with the night's running order on your phone. We've been working on this most of the week and think it's ready to go live. On Friday there will be a link at the top of the Jacksonville Speedway website for "Friday Night Live". We will also try to remember to post a link here on our Facebook page Friday. You won't be able to see much until after drivers have signed in and heat race lineups are posted. But from there lineups and results will be posted before they even hit the printer throughout the night.
3. We should also again be posting lineups to the TV screen at the lineup board. This, along with the phone lineups should help us get rolling a little earlier and keep the show moving.
4. We should be able to accept credit cards at both the grandstands and pit shack by Friday. You might bring cash just in case, but the devices are supposed to arrive Thursday.
5. Steve Weber of Jacksonville who filmed and edited the video we posted from last Friday has agreed to begin joining us on Fridays. We will have some cool video clips featuring our Hometown Heroes each Friday, so the rest of the world can see why we enjoy what we do at the races.
Another bargain night Friday at Jacksonville Speedway. $10 adult admission gets you 305 Winged Sprints, Modifieds, Pro Late Models, Street Stocks, Micros and Hornets.
Grandstands open at 5:00, Hot Laps 6:20, Racing at 7:00. Should be another beautiful night for racing and fun!
