In a few minutes, I aim to leave this motel room and make the 15 minute drive to the Kokomo Speedway. Once again, Frank Daigh, Jeff VanWinkle and I will be happily taking donations of any size for any racer who suffers from bad luck this evening. In this real word, such things happen, though we best not wish anything bad happen to anyone.

For those who don't know me, I'll be wearing a white Gas City/I-69 Speedway t-shirt with stylish blue shorts. Oh, and a dark blue baseball cap that identifies me as an NALC retiree. I'll be circulating all over the place, the pit area, front stretch bleachers and at the main entrance by the ticket booth.
