MH-Racemaster 13" tire. Appears as tho it was was "siped" (wide / basically 2 "big blocks" in the center). YES, it is "vintage" & has dry rot...I believe it would hold air, but most likely may work best with an inner-tube. $30-OBO. Available for viewing in my Machesney Park shop, or ship to anywhere.
