This morning I signed up for both Jackslash and Loudpedal monthly so I could see which one I might want for a year, both payments have cleared my account, but I can't watch anything on either one. I can't even log in to Jackslash and his contact email won't work... Any suggestions? Loudpedal shows I'm logged in, but says my status is pending so I can't watch anything. WTH
