Last time I was at a race in New Jersey it was a All Star race. We couldn't wear shorts, they wanted a cover over the fuel pump , a plate between the seat & fuel tank & alcohol fuel had to be in red jugs. The fuel pump cover was a old oil filter can from that mornings maintenance & plate was a thin piece of aluminum.
