After watching the video I assume that he didn't have a full containment seat and possibly hit his head on wall? I am always interested in these accidents and what we can do to make our sport safer. I guess it's the engineering education in me that makes me inquisitive about these accidents. Most don't run a cage net or headrest on left side and that's about the only plausible thing I've deduced from watching the video.
