No one has fought this type of thing harder than Jim Naylor at Ventura, CA. I'd get his advice. I know, having grown up in Colorado, it always ended up closing the speedway. Englewood Speedway, Rocky Mountain National Speedway, Continental Divide Raceway all closed due to encroaching real estate. Colorado National Speedway, and Bandimere Raceway (NHRA) drag strip are threatened as we speak.
