Eldora is requiring head & neck restraints and full containment seats for all premier classes this year!That knocks out half the BOSS field from last year. Guess we will see what kind of car count they get for the Non-Wing portion this year. Eldora is a fast half mile, so I personally would not race without either of these there or anywhere else, but several guys still haven't made the conversion.
