Other than that, who says guys aren't already running big motors or light cars or whatever open comp is suppossed to represent. That is why the Indiana scene is so strong right now because of the lack of rules.
Your saying that some local tracks allow big cid, any head configuration, nitro, "push to pass" nitrous buttons, blowers, turbos etc?
If they don't allow all of the above, its not open comp in my book.
