Call me crazy, but i think gas city would be a good place to start something like this. They get new drivers every year, it is somewhere that you can race and get noticed. Plus (overall) the track stays in pretty good shape year round. Why do the other open wheel classes strugle in Indiana? Kenyons and Focus--most people don't want to watch kids race. I'm not saying they don't have tallent, I just hear this over and over again.
