I only live about a mile from I-70, in Terre Haute, so I hopped in the car and took a look. Margaret Ave. runs parallel to the interstate and I went from 7th St to 25th St. on Margaret. In both directions traffic appeared to be flowing decently. The Eastbound traffic was spaced normally and looked to be going about 60mph. I was going 40 and they were outpacing me.
