Here are the facts as I see them. It is NOT raining...but it has rained a small amount. The sun is shining as I write. The track looks good. They are working the track. A few seats are marked. More are being marked now. The best news is Kokomo/Gas City Dick is in the parking lot. I' m coming back a little later.
