Yes, I knew about this. Gary Palmer & Accord Speedway have been working on this for a year or two now. The track is perfect for Midget racing, as they have hosted ARDC in the past. Mr. Palmer is a Midget fan, he sponsors a lap at the Chili Bowl every year.
