Been a while since I been on here, I wonder why. Anyway, the Friday after we were released, my daughter ended up back in the hospital for three nights. She was jaundice, not keeping her body temp up and underweight (4 pounds, 14 ounces). We found out during this stay that she wasn't nursing good at all (as in getting maybe a 1/3 of an ounce). She was put into an incubator, had an iv and had the bililights on her. I had never been so scared in my life as I was that weekend. I have seen babies in incubators, but when it is your own, that changes everything. We ended up having to do bottle feedings on top of the nursing for about two more weeks. She was born three weeks early and her original birth week was the week she started nursing good. As of this week, she is over 10 pounds and in three month clothes in some brands. Sleep still is fun, but that is what happens with kids.

Here is some pictures.

This one is from when she was just a few weeks old.

This is a more recent one.

I had help building this cradle.

She is the main thing in my life that I live for now. If I get to pack the track at the Action track on the 2nd of April (or whenever the first race is), she will be with me in my Jeep because mommy works that weekend. It might be her first Jeep ride and time at a dirt track.
