I am sure not a "Chuck" defender, (ez not my yob) but I am going to guess that the local business like gas stations, restuarants, hotels and of course liquor stores might agree that the new track "could" bring them more business? Maybe?
All I know is it sure looks like it is gonna be a racey joint and I am sure excited to see a race there whenever it finally happens.:thumb
