Well, my DVR still does not show the Chili Bowl broadcast for today. It only shows a broadcast from 12:00-3:00PM on Jan. 23rd. Don't know whether that is Time Warner's fault or what, but I think for what I pay the DVR should accurately reflect what is being broadcast.
