9" stagger? What size track are you racing on? On the top side of the equator we call it chasing the track. What works at the first usually does not work for the end of the day. You included a lot of info but more would be needed. Set up also depends on driving style. My advice would be to ask fellow racers down there or buy a book. Steve Smith sells a book and video combo that would go a long way in to answering your questions for yourself. Might want to give that a try.
