Not much info out yet on Florida schedules. Rumor is that USAC will run their normal 3 night event at Bubba Speedway in Ocala in mid/late February but no non-wing at East Bay this winter. You might find a non-wing PAVEMENT event at Citrus County Speedway in Inverness around that time but their program has been pretty iffy for the past few years. I haven't seen 2016 schedules from the dirt tracks, Bubba(Ocala), Volusia County (near Barberville), or East Bay (Gibsonston near Tampa) but they normally have winged sprints (WoO and All-Stars) wrapped around the Daytona 500. In the past some local tracks have hosted unsanctioned non-wings but I haven't seen anything yet for 2016. There are a few mini-sprint/TQ event sprinkled around and will probably be posted on this board soon. Normally LOTs of Modifieds etc in the area in February. Bring your coat!!
