Here is a link to some charts for injector sizing.
https://www.injector.com/injector_selection_guide.html
We use 4 x 60 pound injectors in our 1000cc mini sprints making around 200 HP and back them up with 4 x 30 pound shower injectors to help cool the charge down a little.
For a 4 cylinder motor shooting for 400HP would require 4 x 150 pound per hour injectors.
The problem is not getting enough fuel in there>>>> the problem is getting enough air in there to burn the fuel. That is why intake valves and ports keep getting bigger and bigger. To the point they have to spread out the bores center and increase piston size to accommodate even larger intake valve. Essslinger raised their ports to get better air flow but they got stuck on valve size.
Now back to these little four valve heads. They flow much much better than a single valve cylinder head thus more horsepower is available. That is the reason we can get so much power out of the motorcycle motors. If we could put 2.6 motorcycle motors in a midget we would have 520 Horsepower on hand.
