Way too sad. I watch F1 regularly and was watching the GP of Japan when it happened. They had no clear footage of the shunt. Then later, I saw the footage on line.
Like Greg Moore's wreck, I do not want to see it again.
And, yes, the way his death happened, I hope actions will be forever in place to prevent another like that.
