Outbound: West 74 ramp to South 275 is closed due to an accident. This is the ramp that takes you to Lawrenceburg, Indiana and then to the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport. Traffic should continue on 74 to Dry Fork Rd, Exit 3. Exit at Dry Fork Rd. and re-enter East 74 to access South 275.
