If they black it (or anything for that matter) out, just go online and find one of the live streams. You can watch them anywhere.

Just hope for the 100 th. Indy 500 they lift the blackout on tv for the Indianapolis area. There are to many people who can't attend for health or money matters. Quit holding the cities population prisoners.
