Free lodging and visiting Family would give the edge to IL. However, if those two items were not in play, I would vote for Indiana. It is hard to argue with Midgets as the headliner and 410 non wing sprints as the support class.

While the overall numbers will be close or even a little better in Il. I think that Indiana will have a few more well named drivers than Il.
