I agree Chuck, This has gotten way out of hand . At this point I cant blame anyone but the contractor.I just hope the city is getting money back for every day of delay. I stop down 2 to 3 times a week and see little or no progress.This falls strictly on the contractor. We were all told when the project started late that work would be done 24/7 if need be. I dont see it. I think its time to get some local media involved and let them start digging into contracts. I really feel for the guys that this is the only track that they race at. They are flat out getting screwed,just like RPM and the city.
