Your best advice is to put together cover letters and resumes and send them to tracks & race teams with some of your work showing why you would be a good intern for them. You might say yeah but they always send reject letters. Find out the people who do the hiring and send one to hr and one to that person in charge. If their impress they will contact. Majority of people have their interns already set up and good luck finding on that is paid. Many are unpaid.
