And there lies my point. Kirk says it's a second and a half difference. Yet it's only about six teams dominating that with three things, Technology, Qualifying experience and money.

There was a time when a couple of the locals could give em a run or beat them. This isn't happening much anymore. Heck they won't even show up at their home track to race against them they feel they are behind the eight ball before entering the gate and get nothing if they don't make the heats.
