the problem is you have teams like stewart, kahne, boat, kunz, truckers, and some other independants who can and will pay the fees........it will continue until big time teams like them stop paying the fees....its just like the gas prices....they will continue to go up until they reach a point that nobody can afford....then they will back off of the price a bit...but it will never go down....
