All we can hope for is a smooth delivery of power for the driver, and that is done by the tuner with the aid of the add on.
A few more RPM's maybe available with a flash or a box but the engine delivers the most power below the rev limit anyhow. That RPM is handy when we miss on the gear but next time the gear will be a tad higher for that track. If anyone thinks they will win races with more RPM's they are just behind the barn piddling.
