At A Glance: The King Returns Home to Bloomington

This is the final appearance as a full-time Outlaw for Steve Kinser at Bloomington Speedway as the ‘Salute to the King Tour’ reaches its final stretch

CONCORD, N.C. - Sept. 24, 2014 - The World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series returns to Bloomington (Ind.) Speedway after a two year absence, as the 'The King of the Outlaws' Steve Kinser makes his final appearance at his home track as a full-time Outlaw.

Kinser, a native of Bloomington, has six career Outlaws wins at the track dating back to the inaugural running in 1978. The 20-time champion has one win this season at Volusia Speedway Park on Feb. 16.

The last time the Outlaws took on Bloomington, Lucas Wolfe scored his first career World of Outlaws win at the track after charging through the field and holding off pole sitter Joey Saldana.
