Glovesshould have a leather palm but the fire proof material should also be behind that leather patch & 2 layers. When skin grows back it's not as durable as your regular skin, It cracks easily, bleeds a lot & not as flexible. I've seen someone burned 3rd degree over 70% of his body the week after it happened.
