Planning Charles. I think planning is the key word here. We knew 3 or 4 days ago there was a good chance of rain. Believe it or not, not everybody reads IOW, and I'm sure there's a lot of ticked off fans that will never even post on here. If it's your concession stand workers, he could've contacted the local high school and said there was an opportunity to raise some money for their group or team. There was no plan B here.
