Bob, I remember seeing the name Harold Leep a few times in the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame.
Unfortunately for us in The Land O' Lincoln & crooked politicians the sanctions Mr. Leep ran with didn't venture into our neck of the woods very often. I do, however, remember reading the name Harold Leep in The Hawkeye Racing News my Dad would buy for me up at Sterling Speedbowl Park back in the '60's and early '70's. Thanks for posting the articles.
