Bob, I remember seeing the name Harold Leep a few times in the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame.

Unfortunately for us in The Land O' Lincoln & crooked politicians the sanctions Mr. Leep ran with didn't venture into our neck of the woods very often. I do, however, remember reading the name Harold Leep in The Hawkeye Racing News my Dad would buy for me up at Sterling Speedbowl Park back in the '60's and early '70's.
