I believe they had trouble with city government that closed the doors eventually but i remember running 3 times there and May have been another race I missed. Damn shame it shut down id like to hear the real issues stopping it from going forward
I live about 8 miles from the track and it is a crime that it is sitting silent. We were told that the main reason it shut down was a dispute with the county/city over liquor sales, but there was probably more to it than that.
