USAC already has 4 divisions of sprint cars on the West Coast, why not a 5th

A few weeks ago, Davey Hamiliton tested a winged sprinter at the new Kern County Raceway, think there is a you tube of the test session

maybe not a huge stretch if USAC did run a pavement wing series in the west, they used to have a 360 pavement series.
