Having raced karts and helped many other karters at Ft. Wayne over the years, Id say I'm alittle bias about this race but its on my calender every year! As said before the midgets and 600's get alittle single file but thats just the way indoor "syrup" racing goes sometimes. Still darn good racing in the first part of the winter! If you've never been you should go atleast once. For the kart racers this is one of the larger shows in the midwest throughout the winter. Very fast, locked down and demanding track for the karters but we love it that way! Ok enough cheap plugs for the karting side of the show haha.... Yes if you can get away from the house for the weekend I would recomend this event for sure!! Fumes get alittle strong at times but they are very good about opening the doors when possible. Reserving my room tonight and will be there first thing fri morning. See you guys there...

PS- If you can get a pit pass atlease one day, check out the basement where all the karters are pitted. You wouldn't believe the hard work that it takes to make 5 horse "Tater Digger" turn 7000 RPM flat footed around that track!
