Bloomington Speedway would like to inform its fans and racing community, due to the refusal to resolve a rules infraction during the September 6, 2013 Sprint Car season finale, Jeff Walker, Jeff Walker Racing, his race teams and Chris Windom will be suspended from all racing competition at the Bloomington Speedway during the 2014 racing season.

Anyone shed some light on this? I was in Iowa and missed the finale.
